The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Community paid tribute to our country's servicemen and women on Monday during the 54th annual Veteran's Day Observance at Bethesda’s Veterans Park.
Sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Bethesda and American Legion, Fitzgerald Cantrell Post #105, the ceremony welcomed speakers Robert Cressy and Rear Admiral Raquel C. Bono and guests including United States Congressman, Christopher Van Hollen, Montgomery County Executive, Isiah Leggett and Montgomery County Council Member, Roger Berliner.
The beautiful day provided the perfect backdrop for the annual ceremony that honors our veterans and all those who continue to serve.
