Throughout the month of October Markoff's Haunted Forest, DC's original and most popular haunted attraction, hosted yet another year of frightful activities. The goal of this event was to elicit fear and scares through a series of detailed scenes along two twisting trails, a hayride complete with a western ghost town, zip lines, death jumps and numerous creatures roaming about.
Farm fresh concessions, live entertainment and carnival style games kept the excitement going while patrons waited for their chance to be terrified.
Markoff's Haunted Forest is a benefit performance for Calleva inc. and was held every weekend in October at the Calleva farm, in Dickerson Maryland.
