Montgomery Retains Triple-A Bond Rating – County Executive Isiah Leggett announced on Monday that three Wall Street bond rating agencies have affirmed the county’s AAA rating, deeming Montgomery County’s fiscal outlook “stable.” The rating allows the county to sell long-term bonds at the most favorable rates, which Leggett says saves taxpayers millions of dollars over the life of the bonds. Dress Up For $3 Burritos – Chipotle will bring back its “Boorito” fundraiser this Halloween, which is Thursday. Any one who stops in at one of the four area Bethesda Chipotle locations (7624 Old Georgetown Rd., 10400 Old Georgetown Rd., 11830 Rockville Pike or 4471 Willard Ave.) with a costume between 4 p.m. and close will get any burrito, bowl, salad or taco order for $3. Walter Johnson To State Golf Finals – The Walter Johnson golf team qualified for the state finals on Wednesday with a team score of 334. Golfers Rosemary Kepple and Jordan Bobb will return as individuals.
