BlackFinn is kicking off pro football season on Sunday with its 2nd Annual Cheers & Charity fundraiser for the Yellow Ribbon Fund.
From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., bargoers watching the first week of NFL games can make a donation to the Yellow Ribbon Fund, the Bethesda-based charity that sets up events, trips and family outings for wounded combat veterans at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Those who donate will have access to drink and food specials including $2 beers and $6 burgers, wings and flatbreads.

Some Washington Redskins cheerleaders, known as the “First Ladies of Football,” will appear at the event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
BlackFinn is located at 4901 Fairmont Ave.
