Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. Opens New Design Studio

Grand opening celebration on Saturday, June 22

On Saturday, June 22, Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its new Design Studio at 4701 Sangamore Road in Bethesda, Maryland following the morning Kitchen & Bath Seminar. More than 100 guests toured the new showroom that provides a place for homeowners to see and experience the latest in kitchen and bathroom products as well as advances in design technology. A wide variety of finishes and styles all in one space allows homeowners to mix and match custom and semi-custom cabinetry ranging from traditional to contemporary with granite, marble, soapstone and quartz countertops. Glass, porcelain, ceramic and stone tiles plus the latest LED lighting options provide homeowners with a look at what’s to come in their own spaces. An exciting home automation system including iPad controlled lighting and entertainment systems, along with additional interactive amenities, are on display.

The Case team included Executive Vice President Bill Millholland, who, along with Bethesda homeowner Joy Panagides, cut the ribbon stretching across the door to the Design Studio. Other Case team members Rick Matus, Richard Rocco, Mike O’Hearn, Steve Magill, Lisa Magee, Matt Dirksen, Adrian Andreassi, TJ Monahan, Joe Divel, Darryl Crosby, Shana Barnes, James Savory and Tom Davis were also on hand to answer homeowners’ questions. In addition, Lynn Hopffgarten from Bethesda Systems demonstrated the latest technology in automation systems.

“The heated floors were a big hit on opening day,” Millholland says, as were the bamboo bathroom vanities, Kohler showerhead speaker, and vast displays of cabinet and counter selections.

Case is collaborating with Friendship Place on the renovation of its Northwest Washington, DC facility.
