For just one night, the spotlight was on Bethesda Row for the city’s signature annual event – The Front Row fashion show.

It all kicked off with Jessica Alba signing copies of her new book The Honest Life: Living Naturally & True To You for fans that waited patiently to meet the actress, fashion icon and entrepreneur.

In addition to Jessica Alba, other amazing entrepreneurs like Alli Webb (founder of Drybar) and Marla Malcolm-Beck (founder of Bluemercury) filed into the front row for the marque event – the fashion show.

Sophie LaMontagne and Katherine Kallins (founders of Georgetown Cupcake) took to runway to emcee the event.

The beat of the first song dropped and models began strutting down the runway. It was an amazing display of summer’s hottest fashions from 15 Bethesda Row fashion retailers: Ginger, Sassanova, Pink Palm, Wear It Well, Equinox, J. McLaughlin, Francesca’s Collection, Luna, Lucy and Courage. b.

As the fashion show wrapped, the bright lights dimmed and camera flashes ceased, guests immediately flocked to the stores on Bethesda Row to take advantage of over 35 shopping sales and events.
