Clarion Partners, LLC celebrated the completion of a major, $32 million renovation of the Chevy Chase Pavilion with a grand reopening party on Thursday, February 21, 2013.
Guests were greeted by a live band, cocktails and small bites in the completely reformed atrium where Mayor Vincent Gray and Clarion Partners' Marc Deluca greeted the crowd.
Dinner and cocktails followed in RANGE followed by the cigar after party at Civil Cigar Lounge. Chevy Chase Pavilion is proud to showcase its full-service tenant roster, including RANGE by chef Bryan Voltaggio, Civil Cigar Lounge, H&M, Embassy Suites, Cheesecake Factory, J.Crew, World Market, and Starbucks. The 894,921 square foot mixed-use property is located at the intersection of Wisconsin and Western Avenues in Northwest Washington, DC.
