Over 350 people attended the Tommy Joe's – Jon Lowe Foundation 2013 kick-off party on Saturday, January 26 at the Knights of Columbus, Rock Creek Council.
The 19th Street Band helped kick of the new year's fund raising efforts and the event introduced the 2013 Co-Youth Ambassadors, Billy Carlsen & Ryan O'Keefe.
The event sponsors were: SunDun Office Refreshments, Tommy Joe’s, Bones BBQ, UniPark Valet, HardTimes Rockville, Chef’s Warehouse, Sysco, Signs By Tomorrow, and the 19th Street band.
The evening was a success, raising over $18,000 for diabetes research.
