Just in time for abandoning those New Year’s resolutions: Bethesda-Chevy Chase Restaurant Week will begin on Thursday, January 24 (and end Sunday, February 3).
This year, to better accommodate casual restaurants, the popular discount dining program will feature two price points. For lunch, the cost will be two courses for $12 or two courses for $16. The dinner deal will be two courses for $22 or three courses for $33.
Unlike previous years, The Washington Post will not be running the event; the Restaurant Association of Maryland is helping to organize it, along with a committee of local restaurateurs, the Greater Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and other groups. Bethesda Magazine is the lead media sponsor.
A list of participating restaurants will be online by Friday, January 11 at www.restaurantweekbcc.com
