Over 125 neighbors along with 40 wagging tails turned out for the Second Annual Woodacres Jingle Bells Dog Walk which took place on Saturday, December 1st.
Led by bagpiper Bob Mitchell and two vehicles from the Glen Echo Volunteer Fire Department, then dogs, children and families walked through the neighborhood on Saturday afternoon to raise funds for the Glen Echo Volunteer Fire Department and the Woodacres Elementary School PTA.
The Bone Jour Pet Store in Bethesda helped to sponsor the event which raised $1,600 in donations.
