Woodmont Avenue Project Delayed Until Friday – Montgomery County announced the closure of Woodmont Avenue would be pushed back to Friday, Sept. 7, at about 9 p.m. The closure will allow developers of two new apartment buildings at the intersection of Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues to build an underground parking garage near Bethesda Row.
