Remember when Porcelanosa moved from Rockville’s Marlo Building down the Pike to Nicholson Lane last November?
Spotlights lit up the busy corner while designers and clients jammed the store for the tile company’s splashy grand opening party, which featured Chef José Andrés and supermodel Valerie Mazza (see our photo gallery here).
Now, customers and bargain hunters can look forward to adorning their homes with even more of Porcelanosa’s cutting-edge tile and fixtures.
General Manager David Carmona says the Spanish company is opening an outlet showroom in Rockville, set to open around June 15.
“There are products in stock that are discontinued or have low rotation,” Carmona says. “We will use the outlet to clean inventories and provide clients with quality products at a deep discount. “
Expect to find tile, kitchen and bath fixtures at 40 percent to 50 percent off.
The outlet will be located 701 Dover Road, just off E. Gude Drive.
