Where do you like to shop?
Mikell: “Definitely Zara and Anthrolopologie.”
Donna: “Pretty much anywhere and at any time. Online and locally – there's a wonderful store called Upstairs on 7th in DC. Also a beautiful store in Rehoboth called Anything Goes. and Bloomingdale's.”

What is one must-have wardrobe item?
Mikell: “A great pair jeans.”
Donna: “For me, it’s actually in my makeup kit: my Bobbi Brown eye-liner.”

How has your style changed or evolved??
Mikell: "Her style hasn’t really changed much over the years. It’s always been out of the box. For me, I appreciate in investing things more now and mixing nicer pieces with less nice ones.”

What's on your fashion wish-list?
Mikell: “I’m actually looking to buy a fur or faux fur vest.”
Donna: “I’ve passed over buying a fur for years, I’m always going to look but never buy.”

Fashion most embarassing moment??
Mikell: “Actually this style is sort of coming back now: the platform that goes all the way around, like a brick on the bottom of a shoe. That’s what I wore years ago and I could never do it again. I remember the nylon straps on black, just awful. I would say shoes are what I’ve made the most mistakes on.”
