SyLene in Chevy Chase is willing to take your “gently used” bras and panties and donate them to the N Street Village for women.
In return, you’ll receive $5 off your purchase for every bra and $2.50 for every pair of undies you donate. The event runs through March 29.

Pull up your strollers to hear the parenting pros as Capital City Mamas kicks off a Mama & Me parenting series at Bloomingdale’s in Chevy Chase.
The seven sessions, geared toward mothers and their babies up to 4 months, will be held from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
The event kicks off March 16 with Meredith Wade and Sharon Cichy, founders of Capital City Mamas; the finale includes a free yoga class at lil omm in Tenleytown.
Other topics and speakers include sleep with Jessica Brodey of Eat-Sleep-Love; lactation with expert Kathleen McCue; and childcare with Aliza Lerner and Kimberly Kubler, both of the Center for Growing Families.

In more parent/child event news, Anjali Varma of Bethesda’s Kidville says that the child-friendly center and the nearby playground for adults, Equinox, have partnered to bring you these deals: Kidville members, who are not members of Equinox, are eligible to receive a free one-month pass to Equinox plus a personal training session.
In kind, Equinox members can receive $50 off their first Kidville class (if they are new to Kidville).
