A new outlet mall will be replacing the old City Place at Fenton Street and Colesville Road in Silver Spring. Development company eW+B is looking to lease up to 350,000 square feet in a multilevel project called The Outlets at Silver Spring. According to the website, the project is a partnership between Silver Spring developer Petrie Ross Ventures and The Hutensky Group. Petrie Ross developed the City Place Mall.
