Bethesda Magazine went to Bistro Provençe in Bethesda to photograph the cover of this year’s Restaurant Issue. Pastry chef Barry Bowser created five different desserts including the Lemon Galette with Raspberry Coulis, which appears on the May/June 2011 cover. The dessert is based on a recipe from Chef Yannick Cam’s grandmother.
