Benjamin Erjavec, the former executive chef of Baltimore’s Oceanaire restaurant, will be taking his talents to Seasons 52, a new restaurant opening this spring in North Bethesda Market on 11414 Rockville Pike. Erjavec won a number of awards during his tenure at Oceanaire, and did a monthly cooking segment on Baltimore TV.
Seasons 52, a fresh grill and wine bar chain, features dishes with no more than 475 calories. The North Bethesda Market location will seat more than 300, and have nightly live entertainment at a piano bar. For more info, check out www.seasons52.com.
