Jerome Laurent, owner of the Michelin one-star restaurant Le Cilantro in Arles, France, will be cooking a special menu at Bezu restaurant in Potomac later this month. Laurent and his longtime friend, Frances Layrle, the talented chef of Bezu, will be preparing dishes such as squid sautéed with lemon confit and spring onions; artichokes with gnocchi and black truffles; beef crusted with hazelnuts and stuffed with oxtail and garlic; squab with a cocoa crust.
