Cava Grill, the fast-casual version of Cava Mezze Restaurant whose format has been compared to a Greek version of Chipotle, is opening on Tuesday, January 18th at 4832 Bethesda Ave. in Bethesda. The three friends who launched Cava Mezze in 2006 in Rockville (and later expanded to Capitol Hill and Clarendon, Va.) look like they could have another goldmine on their hands with this latest concept. Bethesda is their first location, but the ambitious trio has plans to open several other outlets in the metropolitan area.
