UPDATED: Montgomery County Public Schools Closed Due to Emergency Weather Conditions

Administrative offices remain on a two-hour delayed opening

Updated at 7:20 a.m. Wednesday: Montgomery County Public Schools have announced schools are closed Wednesday because of winter weather conditions.

The school system first announced a two-hour delay, and later decided to close for the day after evaluating the weather and county roadways, according to a press release. All school and community activities in schools are also canceled. 

Administrative offices remain on a two-hour delay for opening. Day care programs in school buildings may open at 9 a.m.
